MRLDOLL Mini Luna Review

Initial Impressions The Mini Luna arrived in a large branded box with some info about MRLDoll’s brand printed on the inside. The hip itself was wrapped in a big microfiber blanket, which is a nice touch for storage and cleaning. The first thing that hit me the moment I lifted it out was the weight. This thing is 4.8kg, which is small for a hip toy but significantly heavier than a typical onahole (most top out around 1kg). You can immediately feel the heft and density, and it makes the whole experience feel more substantial right out of the box.

Looking closer, the skin detailing is what really jumps out. The fine skin wrinkles, pore texturing, and color transitions especially surrounding the pussy area are incredibly lifelike. It looks like a freshly shaven pubic area with realistic skin tone variation. The ends of the thighs are smoothly rounded out with no harsh edges, and the stomach has a nice natural curvature to it that gives the whole hip an athletic, toned feel.

Design The Mini Luna is made up of three main components: the central torso area and two separate butt-thigh pieces. Upon handling, it becomes clear that these components are made of two slightly different densities of silicone, and this is a deliberate design choice that pays off. Upon handling, it’s apparent to me that these are made of 2 slightly different feeling silicone, with the butt-thighs being extremely jiggly, on my scale with 5 as softest ever and -5 as firmest ever, the butt-thighs fall at a 3, while the torso which includes the vagina and anal tunnels would be slightly firmer at a 2. The two butt-thighs are both easily squishable and extremely jiggly, which was impressive to me since I'd typically only expect this level of softness from TPE. This also makes it so that when in use, the thighs easily spread and slot into your hips so it’s easy to access the vaginal and anal holes. Moving on from the thighs, the thighs are rounded out, so except for maybe the top part, there are no sharp edges in the sculpting. The ass cheeks are very prominent and are made of that level 3 softness and so they jiggle very nicely. The skin-texturing is done extremely well and covers the entirety of the hip (again except for the top part where it cuts off). Running my fingers over the skin, especially the pubic area above the pussy where as I mentioned before, looks just like a shaved female pubic area, was kind of surreal. You can feel how fine the texture detailing was here. The pussy coloring gets a gradient pinkish which makes it stand out against the white skin of the hip. How it Feels The luna mini also comes with 2 holes, a more mellow vaginal hole that starts off with a lot of nubs before tightening up to a screw-like texture and ending with the classic onahole cervix texture that feels great for teasing the head of your dick. The anal texture is noticeably tighter and has a slightly more stimulating texture. The vaginal hole has a stimulation level of a 3 and the anal hole would be a 2, but again is noticeably tighter. I like how mellow the vaginal hole is which makes it great for edging. Out of the two, I like the vaginal texture the best. I actually found that positioning matters a lot for how this hip ends up feeling. Here's a breakdown of the three main positions I tried:

For missionary, which is just the normal front-facing way, again because of how big these thighs are, if you don’t slot them into your pelvis they can get in the way, so I’d make sure you spread the legs to give you easier access.

Then from behind, which is the reverse-facing way, the thighs are less of an issue because they’ll be in front of you and because of how big the butt cheeks are, you’ll have and easier time using the anal hole and it’s fun to slap or squeeze on its cheeks (extremely jiggly).

The GOAT position though is sideways, and here’s why: since you drape one of the thighs on your balls, it easily spreads the legs and gives you this insane feeling of having a heavy soft ass cheek on your balls and another heavy soft ass cheek on your stomach. The weight really makes this hip a great experience, and you’re able to feel the skin texture, which adds a second degree of realism. The best grip points are on its hips or around its stomach.

Overall conclusions: I’m giving this a 5/5. At $319, the mini-luna is placed in a definite premium price-point, and I’d say it definitely lives up to its potential and what its trying to accomplish. The skin-texture and body sculpting is up there with the best silicone dolls, and the way it feels is extremely unique, inviting, and soft, especially for a silicone toy. I think this is great if you’re looking to try something as soft as TPE but with the insane detail of silicone or if you’re in the market to try something made of full-silicone, but don’t want to shell out the cash for a full-silicone doll. In terms of improvement for future iterations, I think the thigh and butt sizes were great, but I would've liked the stomach area to have a bit of a bigger diameter to make gripping more easier and also make spreading the thighs a bit easier.
